- Finance: Month-end close Day 5; vendor POS Day 6; AR unapplied cash < 1% by Day 5
- Compliance: Quarterly access reviews completed; evidence-calendar adherence ≥ 95%; annual policy review completed
- Growth Ops/HubSpot: Data-hygiene thresholds (duplicates/decay), dashboard refresh cadence, on-time asset delivery vs. plan
- Reporting: weekly stand-ups • monthly summary packs • quarterly risk/priority review
